The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation is a non-profit, volunteer-fueled organization dedicated to finding cures for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, and to improving the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases. CCAH began partnering with the Foundation on their direct marketing efforts—direct mail and digital—in 2017, just as the Foundation was celebrating their 50th anniversary.
The mantra of every savvy multi-channel campaign manager should be, “Be where the people are.” In today’s hyper-connected world, the majority of people can be found on one or more social networking sites. The one platform that reigns supreme is Facebook. According to a 2015 study by the Pew Research Center, 72 percent of U.S. internet-connected adults use Facebook (while only 23 percent use Twitter). So, if you’re planning a multi-channel campaign, it would be wise to incorporate Facebook – where your current and future supporters are.

By Sandra Paul Bishop, VP Client Services | Valentine’s Day conjures up images of hearts, flowers, candy and intimate dinners for two. But the holiday can also serve as a catalyst for giving and showing serious love for a cause near and dear to your heart. Instead of buying up the traditional holiday trappings at the local drug store, nonprofit organizations across the country are urging supporters to support a favorite cause.
By: Kim Cubine, President | Improving our local and global communities is a vital part of the CCAH corporate culture. We’ve recently shared stories of how the entire team gives back throughout the year, and our executive team is no exception. In fact, one of our fearless leaders was recognized for her volunteer efforts just this week!
