Time-Off:

My best advice to anyone starting out in the business is twofold: ask LOTS of questions and be open to new ideas. Even after 20+ years, I’m still learning and growing as a fundraising professional. I’m honored and excited to help our clients raise the funds they need to meet their goals. I’m a remote working mother of two young kids and have spent most of my career in one field. If you had told me 5 years ago that I would be working at a multi-channel full scale marketing agency and that I would be a leader on one of their marketing teams, I’m not sure I’d believe you. CCAH hires people with a diverse background, experience, and knowledge. From your first day and onward you are given the tools and trainings to know you can succeed, I’m a great example of that. If I could offer any advice to people looking for the “right” job, it would be don’t limit yourself. If you’re hard working, a team player and find yourself wanting to make difference in this country, this might be the place for you.
