Account Director, Digital

Chapman Cubine Allen + Hussey is looking for an Account Director, Digital, to join our collaborative, creative, and team-oriented environment. 

The Account Director, Digital, serves as the account lead and is responsible for oversight, execution, and day-to-day management of single and multi-channel interactive campaigns.

As the Account Director, you will also manage campaigns with varying levels of complexity along with any assigned staff and will work closely with clients, vendors, other strategists, and account teams to keep campaigns running smoothly.

Your skillset and background:

  • Minimum eight years of experience managing, leading, and implementing components of multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • You strike an awesome balance between speed and quality of work
  • Strong interest in helping non-profits achieve their goals
  • Proven track record of getting clients great results and ability to communicate with them effectively
  • A strategic approach to analyzing results, trends, testing, and optimization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Proficiency in:

  • Client Relations/Management
  • Project Management
  • Data Analysis
  • Knowledge of industry trends and new approaches to advertising

Here’s what you get to do:

  • Be hands-on in the implementation and management of multi-channel fundraising campaigns
  • Manage the quality control process
  • Analyze results and identify changes in performance and opportunities for new strategies
  • Work diligently to help make sure campaigns hit our clients’ KPI’s
  • Manage the process of set-up and implementation of ad campaigns across various channels
  • Work with account teams and clients to develop strategies and effectively communicate them
  • Train up other staff in hands-on multi-channel implementation and management best practices
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to support their vision for how the digital department manages accounts to achieve business objectives. Lead teams responsible for implementing digital account strategies, including recruiting new team members, and developing career paths.
  • Work closely with the Vice President to further develop and lead a best-in-class digital services program and team
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team with business development opportunities
