My phone always seems to be ringing! And truth be told, I actually like getting the phone calls – I always have. It’s the fastest way to get a hold of me. You have my attention. And if it is a fundraising call, the right caller will engage me in a conversation that answers my questions about what the organizations I support are doing right now.
It often surprises many organizations to discover how many of their donors – like me – enjoy getting that phone call. Especially when they learn that reinstatement telemarketing can be a cost-effective way of reaching lapsed donors and making them fall in love with their organization all over again.

CCAH made an impressive showing at this year’s DMAW MAXI Awards! We’re proud to announce that we received a platinum Big Idea Award for a campaign with The Trust for Public Land (TPL) and 19 (for a total of 20!) 2012 MAXI Awards for our direct marketing efforts on behalf of 13 clients during the http://www.dmaw.org/awards/maxi-awards/ on August 7, 2012.
In addition to our platinum Big Idea Award, we brought home three gold, nine silver and seven bronze MAXIs for our work with The American Air Museum in Britain (AAMB), The AARP Foundation, Amnesty International USA, City of Hope, California State Parks Foundation (CSPF), The Democratic National Committee (DNC), Earthjustice, The League of Conservation Voters (LCV), NARAL Pro-Choice America, People For the American Way (PFAW), Project HOPE, TPL and The Wilderness Society (TWS).
Donor loyalty is always a top priority, and knowing the best ways to connect with your supporters is vital to the success of any fundraising campaign. CCAH invites you to hear the best tips directly from the professionals at the 7th Annual Bridge to Integrated Marketing & Fundraising Conference.

It was the day after Christmas, and in a gross lapse in judgment, I had worn a wool sweater to a festive gathering. At this gathering, I was meeting my boyfriend’s family – his rather conservative family – for the first time.
2008 was a watershed election cycle for direct marketing, with true multichannel fundraising – from direct mail to email – becoming more and more essential for a successful campaign.
As we hit the stretch run for 2012, the question then becomes: what’s the essential new technology this cycle? How can campaigns on each side of the aisle reach more donors and raise more money?
