Update: April 17 Nonprofit direct mail postage rates will go up

The new rates will not affect 1^st class full rate direct mail under 1 ounce, but will affect the costs for additional ounces on 1^st class mail. This will also affect 3^rd class Nonprofit and 3^rd class standard mail.

Postage will overall increase 5.3%.  However, Nonprofit mail will not be affected too much by the increases happening.
